
About Us
In 2010, our team was engaged to design and implement the emergency management program for the newly established Trillium Health Partners. Our objective was to standardize emergency response protocols across three locations: Credit Valley, Mississauga General and The Queensway hospitals.
Through this initiative, we developed over 500 customized, role-based Job Action Sheets to promote clarity and accountability at every organizational level. Recognizing the limitations of traditional paper-based systems, we made the strategic decision to transition to a digital platform. In 2011, we became federally incorporated as Get Ready Online Inc. to further this vision.
To achieve our goals, we assembled a multidisciplinary team comprising emergency managers, law enforcement professionals, firefighters, paramedics, critical care experts, and skilled software developers. This collaboration led to the development of ATLAS-Leadingtheway™ , our proprietary Canadian cloud-based platform. Through our ongoing partnership with the National Research Council of Canada, we remain committed to advancing innovation and technology into practical, user-centered solutions.
